Femminit Consulting was established in November 2010, as a Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Service Provider specializing in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining and Information Technology Sectors. We are a team of 3 Consultants with diverse backgrounds working together to provide a quality service to our clients and applicants.


We have a well-established relationship with Impala Platinum Mine and provide a fully-fledged recruitment service to the platinum giant. Our recruitment in the sector encompasses the hiring of staff from D4 Level candidates on a bulk scale through to mid- level, senior and executive roles. Our recruitment exposure to the Mining Industry began in 2012 when we recruited for South Deep Balfour Operations and had the opportunity to recruit for Assmang, Nkomati, Jindal Mining, DMT Kai Batla and Impala Platinum.

D4 Level Recruitment Process

Our accessibility has afforded us the opportunity to represent D4 Level candidates from across the country. We understand that due to technological challenges many applicants are unable to electronically apply for our available roles. We have for this reason, partnered with various agents who are able to collect and screen CV’s onsite.  The details of applicants who pass the screening process are captured and sent to the Mine for first approval. Femminit Recruitment provides a location at which interviews and assessments are held. CV packs which are inclusive of: CV, Qualifications, Record of Service, ID Copy, Exit Medicals, SARS Registration, Payslip and Proof of Address are delivered to the Mine for medical processing.

The Engineering and Manufacturing division of Femminit Recruitment focusses on the permanent and contract employment of Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Environmental Consulting, Quantity Surveyors Construction & Building. Our expertise in these sectors has been gained from having the opportunity to recruit for various reputable organisations such as CBI Electric, Umfolozi Sugar Mill, Landis & Gyr, Saint Gobain, and Manar Al Omran.


Femminit Recruitment has had the opportunity to recruit Java Developers for companies across South Africa, including the Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal. This opportunity has resulted in the generation of a large and widespread network of developers who have chosen Femminit Recruitment as their recruiter of choice.
