• Grade 12 / Matric
  • MCSE or equivalent diploma / degree
  • MCP (Advantage)
  • A+ and N+
  • Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport (Compulsory)


  • 3 - 5 Years’ experience in the IT industry both Desktop & Server Support
  • Experience in providing IT Support to 300 – 600 users
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components
  • Desktop Hardware, Software (Microsoft Products) and Windows operating systems. Peripheral installations and fault diagnosis
  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016 & Server 2019
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Managing technical documentation.
  • Assisting with upgrades, office relocations, seating arrangements and department moves
  • Assisting with deliveries and obtaining Office Supplies.
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
  • Setting up New PC’s and Profiles
  • Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management
  • Available to work after-hours if required.
